Anurag Bisen Participates in Interactive Session with Scholars of US State Department's QUAD Leaders Lead on Demand Program

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Capt (IN) Anurag Bisen participated in an interactive session with the scholars of the US State Department's QUAD Leaders Lead on Demand (LLOD) Program, on 14 November 2023.

As part of the program, five Quad scholars, under a specific age bracket, from across the four countries are expected to engage with each other over the year to better understand the internal debates in each country. The scholars were undertaking the India leg in Delhi, to engage with academics in the city, on India's role/expectations of the QUAD. The closed-door interaction, focusing on maritime aspects, was held at the American Centre, and was hosted by the Organisation for Research on China and Asia (ORCA).
