Manohar Parrikar IDSA and SIPRI jointly organised a two-day virtual seminar on ‘International Cooperation for Chemical Disarmament: Combating Chemical Terrorism’ on 19-20 December 2022. The first session of TaskForce7 of T20 India 2023 was held at MP-IDSA on ‘Reformed Multilateralism’ on 17 December 2022 The meeting was chaired by DG, MP-IDSA Ambb Sujan R. Chinoy and DG ICWA, Amb Vijay Thakur Singh, with Co-Chair Dr Harsh Pant of ORF to prepare Plan of Action for larger meetings & public outreach.

MP-IDSA organised an interaction with Amb Karen Decker, Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Mission to Afghanistan, on 06 December 2022. Deputy Director General, Maj Gen (Dr) Bipin Bakshi chaired the meeting. Amb Decker offered an overview of US perspective on Afghanistan, followed by a useful exchange of views.
