As part of India’s Chairmanship of SCO, Manohar Parrikar IDSA organised the 1st SCO Defence Think Tanks Seminar on ‘SCO Armed Forces Contribution in Military Medicine, healthcare and pandemics’ on 21 March 2023. The SCO members and observer states participated in the Seminar.
