Chinoy chaired a meeting with an 80-member delegation of students and scholars from IIT Madras, who visited MP-IDSA for an interactive session on 19 December 2023. MP-IDSA scholars responded to the questions and queries of the students on issues of national security.

Director General, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Amb Sujan R. Chinoy chaired a meeting with the European Union Parliament Delegation, which visited MP-IDSA for an interactive session on 18 December 2023. The meeting was attended by the MP-IDSA scholars. Insightful discussions followed.

Manohar Parrikar IDSA is organising the 15th South Asia Conference on 14–15 December 2023. The theme of the Conference is 'Achieving Regional Economic Integration in South Asia'.

In the Monday Morning Meeting organised on 11 December 2023, Associate Fellow and the Conference Coordinator, Dr Anand Kumar briefed MP-IDSA scholars about the upcoming South Asia Conference on 14-15 December. Visiting Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Mr Saurav Raj Pant presented a paper on ‘Understanding Nepal's Foreign Aid and Investment Partnership with India, China and the US since 2015, on 05 December 2023. The session was chaired by Senior Fellow, Dr Ashok Behuria. The presentation was followed by insightful remarks by MP-IDSA scholars, Dr Uttam Kumar Sinha, and Dr Nihar Ranjan Nayak.

Renowned Tibetologist, Mr Claude Arpi spoke on ‘Tibet and India-China Relations: History and Present’ at the Monday Morning Meeting on 04 December 2023.
