PK Gautam Participates in Workshop on Bareland and Rangeland Restoration in Gobi at Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Research Fellow, IDSA, Colonel PK Gautam (Retd), participated in an International Workshop on Bareland and Rangeland Restoration in the Gobi for Climate and Environmental Security at Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, on June 6-7, 2016.

The workshop was co-hosted and convened by USPACOM (U.S. Pacific Command); Mongolia’s Ministry of Environment, Green Development, and Tourism (MEGDT), and Mongolia’s Information and Research Institute of Meteorology, Hydrology and Environment (IRIMHE). Col Gautam presented a paper on ‘Indian Army: Ecological Task Force Concept’.
