    (a) to (d) Yes. The Extradition Treaty between India and Bangladesh was signed at Dhaka on 28th January, 2013 during the visit of the Home Minister of India to Bangladesh. The Treaty would come into force after the exchange of Instruments of Ratification. The Extradition Treaty would promote cooperation among law enforcing agencies of the two countries and help to curb criminal activities. The issue of illegal migration from Bangladesh is regularly discussed at relevant bilateral meetings and India and Bangladesh have put in place mechanisms to address issues related to it.
