    DR. VIVEKANAND:

    Will the Minister of EXTERNAL AFFAIRS be pleased to state:

    (a) whether a large number of Indian nationals have been killed or
    injured in the terrorist attacks in Afghanistan;
    (b) if so, the details of such incidents occurred during the last three
    years;
    (c) whether any assistance, including financial, has been provided to
    the families of the deceased and the injured persons;
    (d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor;
    (e) whether the Government is planning to scale down the operation
    of its Mission in Afghanistan;
    (f) if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor; and
    (g) the steps taken by the Government to ensure safety and security
    of the Indian nationals working in Afghanistan?
