Senior Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha interacted with the members of the newly set up ‘The Tagore Institute of Peace Studies’ in Kolkata on 05 August 2025. Dr Sinha gave the inaugural lecture in the series on Water Security and the Indus Waters Treaty.
