Fellows Seminar on Defence Exports and Role of Offsets Organised

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Dr S Samuel C. Rajiv presented a Fellows paper on ‘Defence Exports and Role of Offsets’ on 20 June 2025. The seminar was chaired by Research Fellow, Col Rajneesh Singh.
The Discussants for the Paper were Shri Amit Cowshish, Former Financial Advisor (Acquisition) and Additional Secretary and Member Defence Procurement Board, MoD, Shri Puneet Sharma, IDAS, Addl CDA(Air Force), PCDA AF, New Delhi and research Fellow, MP-IDSA Cmde Abhay K. Singh.
