DPK Pillay Briefs Sanjay Rastogi of National Archives of India on Research on India’s role in Korean War

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Col DPK Pillay briefed Shri Sanjay Rastogi, Director General of the National Archives of India, regarding research on India’s role in the Korean War on 24 October 2025 . Following the briefing, the Director General ordered that all relevant records pertaining to India’s role and contributions during the war be made available to facilitate the research.

During the visit, Senior Fellow, Dr Uttam Sinha also presented his book on the Indus Water Treaty, titled ‘Trail By Water: Indus Basin and India-Pakistan Relations’, to the Director General, noting that much of the research for the book had come from the National Archives.
