Panelists Brigadier Tapan Pant and Prof. Wongi Choe, Head of the Center for ASEAN–India Studies in Seoul, delved into the deep historical, diplomatic, and security dimensions that connect the two nations.The discussion traced the evolution of the bilateral relationship from spiritual links in ancient times to its humanitarian role during the Korean War to its current ‘Special Strategic Partnership’.
