Uttam Sinha Delivers Lecture on ‘The Geopolitics of the Arctic and India’s Position’ at Central University of Gujarat Under Samudra Manthan Lecture Series

As part of the Samudra Manthan Lecture Series, Senior Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha delivered a lecture on ‘The Geopolitics of the Arctic and India’s Position’ to the faculty and students of the Department of Maritime Studies, under the School of National Security Studies, at the Central University of Gujarat. The session was presided over by the Honourable Vice Chancellor, Professor Rama Shanker Dubey.
