Research Fellow, IDSA, Col PK Gautam (Retd) gave a presentation on ‘Moral, Ethics and Values in Society’ at the Army Training Command sponsored Army Management Study Board (ASMB) Seminar on ‘Morals, Ethics and Values in Armed Forces’. The seminar was held at the Army Air Defence College, Goplapur, Odisha, on October 27, 2017.
