Research Fellow, IDSA, Col DPK Pillay (Retd) represented the Institute for a collaborative venture with the National Archives of India and the Ministry of Culture and Defence, Government of India, in hosting an exhibition, commemorating 70 years of Jammu Kashmir's Accession to India. Former Deputy National Security Advisor, Dr Arvind Gupta and Major Chandrakant were also associated with the venture.
