Dr Pattanaik gave a presentation on cooperation between India and Bangladesh to further cooperation on digital innovation

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Capt (IN) Anurag Bisen participated in the 4th High North Talks at Yverdon Les Bains, Switzerland, on 05-06 October 2023. The talks were organised by the Diplomatic Dialogue Division of the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, to address a range of topics, including the next steps for scientific cooperation and governance in the Arctic, potential areas of collaboration, and mitigation of potential confrontation in the Arctic.

Director General MP-IDSA and Think20 Chair for India's G20 Presidency, Amb Sujan R. Chinoy was a guest speaker at 5th General KV Krishna Rao Memorial Lecture, organised by the Mahar Regiment and USI at the Manekshaw Centre on 05 October 2023. Amb Chinoy spoke on India's Quest for Strategic Autonomy, in the presence of CDS, Gen Anil Chauhan, Also speaking on the occasion was Lt Gen Syed Ata Hasnain. A lively Q&A session followed.

Chinoy spoke on ‘Harnessing Collective Action in Asia’ to achieve developmental goals of UN SDGs, at 110th Anniversary of The Rockefeller Foundation in New Delhi on 04 October 2023. Amb Chinoy highlighted the role and tradition of philanthropy in India.

Director General Manohar Parrikar IDSA and Chair of Think20 for India's G20 Presidency, Amb Sujan R. Chinoy delivered a lecture on ‘India-China Relations: Historical Perspectives, Strategic Importance and Security Implications’ during the Junior Command Course for BSF Academy Tekanpur, on 27 September 2023. The lecture was followed by a lively Q&A session with nearly 70 officers.
