NTS Centre Hosts Peter Knoope, a leading International Authority on Counter-terrorism

The Non-Traditional Security (NTS) Centre hosted Mr Peter Knoope, a leading international authority on counter-terrorism on 31 October 2025.

Mr Knoope discussed his instrumental role in shaping the international response during the peak of ISIS-inspired radicalisation, which included preparing the Global Counterterrorism Forum (GCTF) brief and co-chairing an EU Working Group on the subject. The insightful session was hosted by scholars Dr Uttam Sinha and Col DPK Pillay and attended by Dr Ashok Behuria, Dr Adil Rashid, Dr Smriti Pattanaik, Cmde Abhay Kumar Singh, and interns.
