Assistant Director, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Col Rajeev Agarwal’s article ‘India’s G20 Presidency: A Bright Spot in an Otherwise Turbulent Year’ has been published in the annual edition 2023 of ‘The Diplomatist’ (P43-45).
