Col DPK Pillay Presents Indian Approach towards Countering Terrorism at Russian Academy of International Law

Research Fellow, IDSA, Col DPK Pillay made a presentation on the Indian approach towards countering terrorism at the Biennial Martens Reading on Humanitarian Law, organised by the Russian Academy of International Law, St Petersburg, on its 150th Anniversary, on May 30, 2019.
