Uttam Sinha Speaks on Geopolitics of Arctic at International Conference in IIC

Research Fellow, IDSA Dr Uttam Sinha spoke on the ‘Geopolitics of the Arctic’ at an International Conference on Science and Geopolitics of the Arctic and Antarctic, organised by the Lights Research Foundation and supported by Ministry of Earth Sciences, at the India International Centre (IIC) on September 29, 2015.

Sharing the panel was the Ambassador of Iceland, Secretary of Ministry of Earth Sciences and Prof Sanjay Chaturvedi.
