Uttam Sinha Speaks on 'Dimensions of National Security' to Manipur Civil Servants at IIC

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha delivered a lecture on the 'Dimensions of National Security' to the Manipur Civil Servants at the India International Centre (IIC) on June 3, 2015. The lecture was a part of the training programme conducted by the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA).
