Professor Volodin of Russian Academy of Sciences Visits IDSA

Professor Andrey Volodin, Senior Research Fellow, Institute for World Economy, Russian Academy of Sciences and Head of Centre for Oriental Studies, Diplomatic Academy, Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Russian Federation, met Director General, IDSA, Dr Arvind Gupta and the Head of Eurasia Centre, Dr Meena Singh Roy, for an exchange of views on the political and economic developments in Russia, Indo-Russian relations and Russia’s foreign policy, on February 1, 2012. The Institute for World Economy and International Relations has done studies focusing on the future developments of international order. Professor Volodine talked about his institute’s interest in India’s economic, political developments, as well as its evolving foreign policy.
