Jagannath Panda Presents Paper at NIDS Symposium on Security Affairs

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Jagannath Panda delivered a speech and presented a paper on ‘India’s Security Outlook and Views on Multilateral Cooperation: The Emerging Asia-Pacific Theater’, at the National Institute for Defense Studies (NIDS) International Symposium on Security Affairs, held in Tokyo, Japan, on November 12-13, 2013. NIDS is an institute under the Ministry of Defense, Japan. The theme of this symposium was ‘Prospects of Multilateral Cooperation in the Asia-Pacific: To Overcome the Gap of Security Outlooks.’ There were speakers/experts from countries like Singapore, Australia, the US, India, Russia and South Korea.
