IDSA Scholars Discuss National Security Challenges with Officers of Manipur Civil Services

Senior Fellow, Amb P Stobdan, along with Research Fellows, IDSA, Col Vivek Chadha (Retd) and Dr Uttam Sinha interacted with the officers of the Manipur Civil Services and spoke on National Security Challenges at the India International Centre (IIC) on April 3, 2013. The panel discussion was part of the Government of India In-service Training Programme for State Civil Services.
