Commodore Lee Cordner Talks on Indian Ocean Maritime Governance at IDSA

Visiting International Fellow at IDSA, Commodore Lee Cordner delivered a talk on ‘Indian Ocean Maritime Governance’ on January 23, 2014. Commodore Cordner is an expert on risk assessment and maritime security and is with the Indo-Pacific Governance Research Centre, University of Adelaide, Australia.
