    Director General, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Amb. Sujan R. Chinoy delivered a Keynote Address on ‘India and a Changing World’ to the Rotary Club of Delhi Midtown, at the Imperial Hotel Janpath on October 02, 2021.

    Amb. Chinoy spoke on the regional and international security horizon and highlighted several unique features of diplomacy and policies of PM Modi's government.
