MoD Issues Advisory Prepared by MP-IDSA to Indian Nationals in Kharkiv, Ukraine

The Ministry of Defence, Government of India, issued an advisory, prepared by the Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses for all Indian nationals stuck in Kharkiv in the war-torn Ukraine, on 03 March 2022.

The advisory listed out potentially dangerous situations, ground rules, with dos and don’ts, and survival guidelines.
