Delegation from Security Council of Russian Federation Visits IDSA

A delegation of the Security Council of the Russian Federation led by His Excellency Y.V. Lukyanov visited IDSA on January 27, 2012, for an interaction with scholars. H.E. Lukyanov presented the Russian assessment of the evolving global security situation. Both sides agreed that Indo-Russian relations have survived the vicissitudes of international environment and have become stronger over the years. There is tremendous potential in the future development of Indo-Russian strategic ties.
