Associate Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Dr Swasti Rao presented a paper on ‘The Geopolitics of Europe’s Quest for Energy Security: Significant Achievements amid Myriad Challenges’ at the Fellow Seminar on 07 February 2023.

Prof. Gulshan Sachdeva chaired the Seminar and conducted the proceedings. The external discussants for the Paper were Dr Lydia Powell and Mr. Rajeev Lala. Ms Anandita Bhada was the internal discussant.
