Doctoral Scholar in Chinese Studies, Centre for East Asian Studies, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi; he has an M.Phil from the same Centre. During the academic year 2007-08, he was a Visiting Fox Fellow at the Macmillan Center at Yale.
