Shruti Pandalai Speaks on Role of Strategic Communications in Military Operations at SARCAS 2017

Associate Fellow, IDSA, Ms Shruti Pandalai was invited to deliver a lecture on ‘The Role of Strategic Communications in Military Operations’ and participate at The South Asian Regional Civil Affairs Seminar (SARCAS 2017) and Expertise Excahnge, organised by the US Military and their partners in the Sri Lankan Military, in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The certification programme (8-18 August, 2017) conducted by the Joint Special Operations University, Macdill Air Force Base, Florida, saw the exchange of expertise between military and non-military personnel from the regions of South and South East Asia with a focus on HADR operations.
