Australian Delegation Discusses India’s Strategic Environment at IDSA

A delegation of senior Foreign Affairs officials from Australia, led by Assistant Secretary, Arms Control Branch, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Ms Jane Hardy, discussed India’s strategic environment and Australia’s views on the elaboration of a security architecture in Asia at IDSA on November 19, 2015.

The other members of the delegation, included Director, Nuclear Policy Section, Australian Safeguards and Non Proliferation Office, Mr Malcolm Coxhead; Assistant Director, Nuclear Policy Section, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Mr Mohan Matthews and Assistant Director, International Policy Division, Department of Defence, Ms Michelle McKendry.

Director General, IDSA, Shri Jayant Prasad presided over the interaction.
